Hanna Swarts 

Hanna specialises in corporate law, with a primary focus on advising private equity and venture capital firms, corporations, and founders. She particularly focuses on mid-market transactions. Additionally, she advises clients on commercial contracting, corporate governance, and various other corporate law matters.

 

Prior to joining Norbruis Clement Advocaten, Hanna worked at De Brauw for 3 years. For a period, she also worked on a secondment basis as an in-house Legal Counsel for The Ocean Cleanup, where she provided advice on various corporate law issues.

 

Hanna studied at the University of Amsterdam (UvA) and the Free University (VU) (LLM Ondernemingsrecht aan de Zuidas). Her command of English is excellent.
