Roos Teves – van den Berg

Roos specialises in corporate law and contract law. She has a particular focus on private equity transactions, sales projects, management buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and joint ventures.

 

Roos also advises clients in other areas of corporate law and contract law, such as commercial contracting, employee co-determination, corporate governance, and employee participations schemes.

 

Prior to joining Norbruis Clement Advocaten, Roos worked at Loyens & Loeff for 7.5 years (1.5 years in the employment department and 6 years in the M&A corporate department).

Roos has studied at the University of Amsterdam (UvA), (bachelor’s degree and master’s degree: LLM Privaatrechtelijke rechtspraktijk). In addition, Roos finished the Law Firm School. Her command of English is excellent.
