Casper Driever

Casper specialises in corporate law and contract law and advises companies, entrepreneurs and (institutional) investors in these areas. Casper is primarily focusing on mid-market transactions, including private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures and participations.

Casper also advises clients in other areas of corporate law and contract law, such as corporate governance, employee participation schemes and commercial contracting.

Before joining Norbruis Clement Advocaten, Casper worked in the Corporate / M&A department of Stibbe for more than 4 years.

Casper holds bachelor’s degrees in law and tax law, and a master’s degree in private law from the University of Amsterdam (UvA). In addition, Casper took several corporate finance courses at the Bocconi University in Milan and finished the Law Firm School. His command of English is excellent.
