Niels Douma

Niels specialises in corporate law and his practice is largely focused on private equity firms, venture capital firms, corporates and founders. Niels is primarily active within the mid-market M&A segment.

 

He also advises his clients on corporate governance, commercial contracting and other corporate law related issues.

 

Previously, Niels worked in the Corporate/M&A department of Stibbe's Amsterdam, Brussels and New York offices. His command of English is excellent.

 

Niels holds a master’s degree from the University of Amsterdam and finished the Law Firm School and a mini MBA from INSEAD on management, finance and economics.
